VW lists every 3 years for Haldex AWD fluid changes on 2018 Tiguan. No mileage. We do about 27k/year and have 187k currently. Previously done about 50k ago.

Suggested interval ?

I would change it and send a sample to an oil analysis lab. Ask the lab to determine how much "life" is left in the fluid.

If you wanna own it for a lot longer I'd be doing 30-40k just to make it last. Those haldex diffs can last but need maintenance. vwvortex is a good site to find out what others use in theirs.

No, 30k.

There's not enough oil on the Haldex to consider extending service life.

30k (IMO) for DSG, Haldex, and bevel gear
^This!
And NOT ONLY that. If 2018 has 5th gen Haldex (I think it does), the strainer has to be cleaned. It is an additional 15min work, spray some brakeclean, and clean it, but it is as important as changing fluid IF not more.
