Anyone have info on this stuff? Not finding much online even. Part Number VP5954012 for a tote.

Have a vendor bringing it in for about $18 a gallon, which is crazy cheap for here. Good 15w40 (P66, Chevron, etc) runs around that. 5w40 Delo is about $10 a gallon more.

I had no idea VP Racing made oil, let alone cheap diesel oil.

I don't understand what it's missing that makes it that cheap.

Very, very little online on it for some reason? This thread comes up and a few unrelated. and this:

https://www.northerntool.com/produc...Jy9MHQ8PdvC-F3KbzIyEwv5_gfG1RGA5wtmWGuN0bhRE8

Only available online and is around $1000 with shipping.... so ~$18 a gallon.

I found a listing for it at Northern Tool... I'm familiar with the place now that I found the site, just it's known to me as Northern Hydraulics. Apparently they changed the name in the late 90s... probably about the last time I ordered from them :ROFLMAO:

Back when dinosuars roamed the Earth VP was rebranding Torco Engine oils across the board including on the first 0W30 Racing oil. That did not last long and they clearanced everything. Not sure anyone has made public who makes what for them in decades now.

Do you have any sample to send in for VOA so we could get a look at the additive package and make some guesses? Have you looked in VOA yet? It can not be Torco if it is $18 a gallon.
