VOB files - turning them back into a DVD

I have some VOB files (along with a video_ts.ifo file) that I understand are from a DVD. I was able to open and play them with VLC media player, but Windows Movie Maker seems unable to play it from start to finish, it plays a 3-minute chunk and then skips ahead to sometime later.

I can watch it in VLC, but is there a nice way to turn these back into a complete DVD?

It's very easy to do in Linux for free. In Windows (and Linux), WinFF will do it, too. It's free and open source.
