DEWFPO: I would say at least 70x the viscosity. You would do best to look at Cary's charts that KiA posted above. This is why folks will run a 5w or 0w rated multigrade in colder climates. Still thick but not as thick. Notice the synthetic is thinner than the dino too at the cold temps.
