Viscosities at different temps

How can I calculate the viscosity at several different temps ?

Oil is Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20
Viscosity @ 100 C / 212 f = 8.8
Viscosity @ 40 C / 104 f = 44.6

What would the viscosity be at these temps ?

Interesting question. Being a non-newtonian fluid, online calculators probably will not give you accurate numbers. The viscosities would probably need to be measured with a rotational viscometer.

If I was that worried or concerned about the delta cSt in the given temperature range, I would move up to a 30. Unless you are just curious.

You'll have to convert the x-axis to deg F.
190F = 87.8C
220F = 104.4C

Actually, it confirms that 0w20 in a tightly controlled engine operating temp range is more that adequate to protect the engine. Im finding that with modern engines the temps are tightly controlled, between electric cooling fans and oil heat exchangers, the temps stay in a narrow operating range.

A xW-30 in that same "tightly controlled temperature range" still gives more HTHS and engine protection headroom than xW-20.

And yet, we have a rash of chain failures...

That seems to be caused by soot in the oil, created by Direct Injection, do more frequent OCI and chain will be fine.
