Al, I recently moved into PA from NY. Overall, I must say Government is PA is cheaper for the taxpayer. I also agree that the cost of owning a vehicle, with the exception of insurance, is higher in PA. I just about fell over when I was charged over $100 to register my motorcycle. The same thing in NY would've cost me $31.quote:
