Would this be good for a subaru wrx? I'm still trying to figure out what motors like low vs mid vs high saps and what difference they make. As well as calcium and other things.

IIRC SAP's levels usually refer to diesel's with combustion treatment systems. Lower ash for DPF's and also some neutral interaction with urea and combustion temperatures during regeneration. A mid or low saps oil will work perfectly fine in a gasoline engine like your Subaru.

I'm worried about full saps and my cats. Or is that not an issue
