@irollo There are enough posts by reputable board members proving it does something their previous oils weren’t doing. Namely, some cleaning by reduced oil consumption alone. Anecdotal posts on cleaning visually may not have before photos, but you have to accept what others note about their general consumption history and accept they are telling the truth with improved consumption. That’s enough proof for me to try it later this year.

Wait for @Glenda W. To post their review soon. Supposedly a big difference.

Most of the Valvoline Restore and Protect before and after videos are going to be on YT, and some of those will have some borescope action like previously posted. Nobody here can upload any videos they have taken to this chat board. They would be on YT if they share videos.

obviously you’re not fine. don’t see you as a billion dollar cooperation turning out cutting edge products. Valvoline makes good stuff. Valvoline Restore and Protect is a solid oil that does what no other OTS oil can do. there are plenty of success stories outside of BITOG just need to do some research.

When I asked the question the goal wasn’t to discredit people’s experiences with oil consumption which is a measureable thing. I was asking to be pointed to before and after pictures which is also a measureable, black and white result. Or brown and silver in this case. In another thread I linked where you can get a discount deal on it so I don’t think it’s snake oil for it’s advertised purpose.
