I can find “Euro” oils on a Walmart shelf for cheaper that have the same or equivalent approvals.

Fine, but they are not Valvoline.
So, if nobody can show us a better price of those exact oils - then it means that is best price for those oil.

Also, many people mentioned that they cannot find Valvoline Restore and Protect because they don't have Walmart around them. So, the Amazon price of that oil is the same as at Walmart.
