Stopped by good ol' Walmart tonight to pick up a couple car care products on the way home, and of course I had to stroll through the oil isle. Saw something I had not seen in any of my local Wal-Marts to the best of my recollection, the MaxLife FS 5 Qt jugs. I have always seen the quart and 5 qt containers of the blend, but never the full synthetic version of this line, not sure if it's anything I've been missing, or that it's being requested more, or perhaps Valvoline is pushing it more. Who's to say...interesting nonetheless because I also don't see it in the local auto parts stores either (i.e. AZ, Pep Boys, AAP, O'Reilly's) The only place that had it from what I remember is the local Valvoline oil change places. What say you all, or do you see it on a more regular basis? The reason I am asking is just curious, because before I became a member of this board, I wouldn't have looked for it, but then after hearing all the good things people have to say about the blend, I was curious about the full synthetic, but haven't really seen it carried locally.

Walmart used to carry it around here, but most of them stopped a few years ago. I was at a different Wally last week and found a 5 quart jug of Pennzoil Platinum 0w20. I had to buy it and it's in the Honda now. Funny thing, my local Wally doesn't carry that flavor of PP.

True, I doubt we will EVER see it around here, and I wanted to use it as a post-Kreen flush OCI this past spring.
