Valvoline Conv. in F150

Ok to run Valvoline conventional 5w20 in my 2008 F150 4.2? How does it compare to Motorcraft blend?

I personally would run the blend over the conventional. The motorcraft product is a Very good oil.

Valvoline conventional is excellent conventional oil. Perfect for your F150 with a reasonable oci.

Are Havoline, Pennzoil, MC5000, Quaker State, and Castrol GTX...all of these in coventional all good for his Ford F150?

Yes, with a reasonable oci. Extended drains requires a more robust oil, not necessarily synthetic.
