Truck seems to have lessened the fuel dilution but was flagged for tin. I don't recall ever seeing or reading about elevated tin before.
What do you think?

Silver is a bit elevated as well. Silver and tin are both commonly used in the overlays on tri-metal bearings. I don't know if they're ever used in combination in the same bearing, but it could be that one is coming from the main bearings, and the other from the rod bearings. I'd try to find out what the main and rod bearings in this engine are made from.

Tin can also come from bronze, but if that was the case, copper should be elevated as well.
