Well, I ended up taking some of the advice here....sorta....
I put a trickle charger on the battery and got it charged up, and I dumped the half-quart of stabilizer into the oil with the intention of starting it.
But then I couldn't find the keys right away, so it sat more, and then we ended up fixing it early. So it got towed to the garage, and they fired it up and drove it in without issue.
So, since we still have lots of winter here (storm tommorow), I'll drive it as is for a couple of weeks, and then probably do a summer oil change at then end of the month.
