A lot of women like manicures/pedicures. If you wife likes these, then get one (or several) and I'm sure she'll love it.

Be sure to take her out for a nice dinner at place that serves her favorite food.

Tell her you love her with sincerity and look into her eyes when you do so.

good luck and have fun

S

ok, I got the first one done. WE have an appointment for a "Deep Tissue" massage for Saturday, 21st. I realize this is a bit late, but everybody is already booked.

Try cooking dinner for her (if you can cook) I would stay away from the motor oil.

I think its time to turn this valentines thing around. Ask them, when did you do something romantic for ME?

Come on now Dan. That's what Steak and BJ Day is for. It's on March 20th if you weren't aware.

With the color of the day being red, nothing says "I love you" like a basket of Redline products: I'd recommend Water Wetter and Assembly Lube.

Also, these look really pretty and set the mood when arranged in front of a couple lit candles...

Glad I could help,

Valentine's day is also my wedding aniversary, so I really have to do it right. So far, I'm thinking chocolates, dinner, flowers, new Norah Jones CD, and whatever else I can think of.

Interesting, as my wife's Birthday is the day before Valentines day, so I'm in the same boat.

I have already sent flowers, and as long as SHE doesn't have to cook, then I think she'll be happy.

I do think the Fumoto Drain Valve idea is an excellent one.

I think as long as I DONT HAVE Tackifier on my hands, she'll be happy!

There are some good ideas there for you, you can take a little from each one.

Do something out of the ordinary, sure flowers are nice, but she said you have no romantic bone in your body. Do something original.

Heres one just for you(and everyone else who reads it)
Get some small gifts (lotion, massage oils, CD, candles, etc. Things you can use later.) Tell her that every hour or half hour or whatever she gets a new present! Also, type up a nice letter to her telling her how you feel about her (maybe even a little story in it about how you first meet going up to present) You can do this stuff while you are out to dinner or whatever. Shell love it, its original, and they love the letters (I know, that she said was the best part)

If you really want to do something whacky.

Go find a large plastic bone and write: Romantic Bone on it and give it to her and tell her you had it surgically removed just to give it to her.

What I have planned:

Take the boy in the morning to give her some peace and quiet.

2 CDs she has been asking for and the obligatory card.

Grill some Omaha Steaks filet mignons (it'll be 55* here tomorrow, grill works, already checked it)

Draw her a hot bath with some nice, smell good bath soap.

Small votives and 2 pink roses (her fav) on the side. Vase will be an empty oil bottle

.

What she's doing for me:

Allow me to wash and detail the car without interuption.

Let me snore without punching me to roll over

SUCCESS!!!
She like the stuff I got her and she "sounded" pretty excited (we talked over the phone.)
Does that mean I will score? I frigging hope so!

The heck with her tomorrow I am going to spend a little time with my first love, a big red salt covered whale(96 Caprice) in the driveway. I plan on doing some ice fishing after that, if she is lucky I will take the wife with.

Sad thing is I haven't been married 4 years yet.

OK guys here goes.

Take your Valentine to see the movie, "50 First Dates."

I guarantee she will like it.

And it's almost as good as doing an oil change!

Ok guys,
I'm done! Here's what I've got:
I bought a dozen roses, rossel chocolate, a baloon, a card and 2 cute little gorillas....one is light pink and the other light blue. I also bought some little heart shaped stickers that say "xoxo", "love you", "call me", "forever", "hottie" and so on and put them on the garage door, which is the first thing she'll see.
We are going out tomorrow and Saturday, 21st we are having a deep tissue massage.
She better be happy!

Mola,
We went to see "Along came Polly" and I must tell you, I'm not into the chick movies, but this one was pretty good. It was reall funny. I definitely recommend it!
