Using fuel system cleaner and oil

Hello again...i want to use a fuel system cleaner, should i use it at the end of my OCI or can i use it now.
I ask this because i am concern that in a case of more fuel dilution of the oil or contamination to it

If you're worried and plan to use a whole bottle then just time it for the last tank full before your next oil change. If BITOG members are anything at all they are OCD about such details.

I'm looking at a bottle of Techron and the instructions thereon don't say anything about an oil change. Unless the engine is in pathetic shape the stuff should burn along with the gas.

I try to do it 2nd to last full tank before oil change.

Posche have (had) a recommendation to use techron, but no more then 4 times in an oil change.

If you do a google site search of bobistheoilguy, and use the terms "terry" "techron" "lead", you will find some good stuff (and a bunch of enecdotal).

I've ran Gumout Multi System Tune Up & Royal Purple fuel system cleaners through my gas tank right in the middle of my OCI. Problem free. I've gone 3,000-4,000 miles on the oil after running a system cleaner through the gas & the oil was not affected.
