No offense but you are the last type of person anyone wants to give the truth about aliens to. It would raise more questions and a lot of concern. This is just enough for the tin-hat people to chew on. If they were given the truth if it exists whatever it is, they'd all probably storm the gov't or go insane. It would be a bigger problem than just revealing ET are probing cows or something.

Some times it seems like we have something in common with a cat following a laser dot. We can`t even get clear photos or see a pattern in their movements.

In all my time aloft, I've never seen anything unexplained. And I spend all my time looking out. I did see a neat bolide burn up bright purple at and below my altitude. This I know, ground based observations differ markedly from those at altitude.
Fireworks from the air is a great example:

Yes that is true and red flag. It's also one of the reasons why many don't buy Lazar's claims. I could see the gov tampering with his records though too, but there is no evidence of that.
I think a lot of people completely misunderstood what those declassified FBI documents actually are. They are not secret internal files or definitive evidence. They are more like archived collections of various public information, reports, letters, theories, etc...and materials that could potentially have had an impact on national security, regardless of whether they were true or complete nonsense. This whole “leak” didn't move the needle IMO. It’s mostly videos with flying dots and Moon photos some that have been circulating on the internet for at least twenty + years.

Lazar was labeled a fraud by Dr Stanton Friedman after he interviewed Lazar. He said Lazar had zero training and understanding of basic physics. Of course there's no record of his education or jobs because the secret government erased him.

One thing i find fascinating is the evolution of the evolutionary theory is.....at least when I was taught it in school......the basis of the theory was mutation through adaptation....Now it seems that they are teaching folks that it is not through adaptation but through random mutations, and whichever survives must be good, or something like that.
Funny thing is, if dinosaurs had feathers, and were basically birds........then why would we have birds and reptiles today? If mutation is random, it would seem as though the whole reptile thing and birds thing does not seem to random, or for that matter, a durable adaptation. They did all die after all, in several extinction events, or so we are told.
If he was in such a position as he claimed, and had the experiences he claimed, he would be dead, or deathly afraid of the consequences of coming out with a story like that.

Anytime you work in a secretive environment or on a secret project, you sign an NDA such that releasing any information will result in some serious prosecution.
Secondly, what security level did Lazar hold? That was not disclosed in any interviews or stories I have seen.
