So you think the air pollution problems in Bejing are due to automobile emissions? And even if they were, you think that we are headed there if we don't reduce the sulfur in gasoline from 30 ppm to 10 ppm nationwide?
The thing is, they already have these new limits in California. Why does Cheyenne or Austin need them, or Milwaukee for that matter?

Some do not, I think it is right way to go, since photos from Beijing are not that pleasant to see.
