Any suggestions in 2024 for a good upper intake cleaner? Amsoil Powerfoam? Seafoam Spray? One of the CRC products? I've got a 2006 Buick Lacrosse with a 3800 that has a lot of carbon buildup in the upper intake and on the back side of the throttle plate. It has had conventional oil for most of its life and really only been driven to church and the grocery store and back in that time.

I'm tired of wrenching on this car and I really don't want to take more stuff apart if I don't have to. I'd like to spray something in the intake and clean as much as possible without disassembly. Any suggestions?

With the 3800 not being DI you can get by with any brand intake/carb cleaners and you don't need the more expensive DI intake cleaners.
It's definitely a low-tech engine and I'm sure none of them, used correctly, would hurt anything. I was more or less wondering if any one product is notably better than any other. I looked at some past threads on this subject and couldn't find anything recent.
