Will it not affect the analysis if the oil and filter are not changed only samples are taken? I mean if I would like to get more UOA results in a relative short time is it a viable road to take samples from the same oil for example 5-10-15K kms.

It's fairly common for people to sample and not change the oil/filter. This will give you a spectrum across the entire OCI.

We do this at work as larger diesels can hold hundreds of gallons of oil. So we might have a handful of analysis for each engine between oil/filter change.
