I am watching PBS show about "unusual buildings" throughout the U.S.A. Pretty amazing there are old, restored and unique buildings still around. Even this building in Norwalk OH

Finding a buyer for that would be no picnic. Just saying.

Hartfords Phoenix building, built in the 1960; aka "The Boat Building" A two sided building. Fifty percent less corner offices to fight over

To the left is Travelers Tower (insurance) built in 1919

I go past the Java Jive now and then. It is located on the old US 99 Highway which was the main highway for the region until the Interstate 5 went in. (Yes I'm old). Since I-5 got built it has been forgotten but still a local attraction of sorts. That part of town is not pleasant.
 
Viewed from CA interstate 280 around San Mateo...
Sometimes I think some people have more $$ than brains...

Case Western Reserve buildings. Most of these are of the same building just different vantage points. I'd like to go inside the building to check it out.

Plans are to refurb to a high end hotel. Hotel
I'll pass on being the person that leans out the window to raise and lower the flag.
