Undercoating Options?

I use Fluid film in and on everything except for the rear wheel arches, for them I pull the tail lights and squirt bar and chain oil forward onto the inner wheelhouse. I park it on the gravel part of the driveway and let it drip the rest of the day. Its cheap and easy.

@danthaman1980, with that Cortec VPCI-368, do you just use aerosol cans or do you buy it by the gallon and spray it yourself?

That stuff looks interesting. That's what is great about these threads. New recommendations every time.

For late model GM trucks with the black frame wax, you can touch up worn areas with a product called Daubert Nox-Rust X-121B. It works very well.
This?

I have only used the aerosol cans, since I don't have a pressure sprayer.

Edit: I agree, threads like these are great! I learned about these products mostly on BITOG, and I'm happy to share my experience as well.
