Ok guys I bought a Bushnell Banner II 3x9x40. Want to get some Butler Creek flip up scope caps but need to know the diameters on the ends of my scope. I have not been able to find that info on the web and Bushnell when called always states email. That said they have yet to respond.

The most reliable way is to use calipers and measure but you can print out their guide that has circles printed on it and you fit your tube to the closest ring. Getting info from others might work but sometimes they change dimensions with minor model changes, so someone may have the same 3x9x40 and there objective or eyepiece may be different.

theres a sporting goods store by me that constantly has the vortex copperhead on sale for sometimes as low as $84.99 in 3x9x40 and 4x12x44. I think they are a little nicer than my nikon buckmasters II (now sold by sig) i spent $150 on years ago

Very true but my Savage Axis II left handed in 30-06 cost me $350 out the door! And that is before the $75 rebate!
