Ford has been hiding behind the issue for around 30 years now. People still buy themAnd at this point in automotive coatings development history, not a good look for Hyundai. Here is another link to a consumer news story on their paint. It’s been a global issue. Hyundai’s lukewarm response is not encouraging either. Delaminating paint is NOT an issue that any automaker should hide behind once the warranty sunsets

I thought Ford and Chevy had the peeling paint marked cornered. I guess Hyundai wants to be in the big leagues. It is one of the most annoying problems and super expensive to fix.

Hyundai is a trash company that cuts corners. They have provided so many examples of this over the past decade.And at this point in automotive coatings development history, not a good look for Hyundai.
