Typical Viscosity Difference Between 0W and 5W

Curious if anybody has any data comparing viscosity for 5W-XX versus OW-XX for a given lube at 40...70F temps (ambient temps I'm doing most of my cold starts in). In other words, 0W-40 M1 versus 5W-40 M1. I realize most spec sheets cover 40C, 100C and -30C.

The Viscosity Index will have more effect on the viscosity at the temps your are looking at than the Xw rating at -25 - -35C.

No good way to tell. Those measurements are taken well below 40º C/70º F under different shear conditions. I don't think there will be much correlation to kinematic viscosity at that temperature.
