type f atf and type fa atf

I am trying to figure out what the difference between type f atf and type fa atf are? does the type fa have a little more additives then type f for better lubricating and protecting ability? or does type fa have a little more friction modifyers then type f? I am thinking there is a difference between the two and if i had to guess i would assume the A in type fa means additives and by additives that must mean for lubricating ability and protecting ability correct?

F has no slippery friction modifiers.

Only a GUESS, but FA may have some.
