In New Jersey there’s no need to be distracted by using your blinkers while you’re actually driving. It’s so much easier to “catch up” and review your driving once you get home. “ Let’s see, I made a left turn at the Shop-Rite that I never indicated. Then there was that right turn at the “No turn on right” that I jumped on. Let’s see, did I miss anything?

People using their turn signals, BUT assuming that they have the right to the space they want, even though it creates a hazard. And they do it WHILE they are JUST starting the lane change. Basically: blinker/turn while cutting you off.
