Trying Pennzoil Platinum

PP's pricing lately has just made it so hard to resist.

I've used PP in the past, in the Advance Auto BOGO days.
It always seemed perfectly fine.
I have recently acquired a decent stash of it, with the Wally rebates, the SOPUS rebate, as well as Meijer clearing out the oil for as little as $1.49/qt.
Good stuff, and based on the used oil analysis on this site, it should at least equal the performance of Mobil 1 5w30 in use for moderate drain intervals.

I use one qt. of PP for each oil change with 4 qts. of QS conventional.This extends the useful life of the QS but I don't see any difference in engine operation.

Why would you mix a great oil like that with QS and expect to see any differences??

I liked the PP,but,the Mobil 1 Extended Performance seemed more durable in my V6 Accord.
