My little brother has a pristine one in that same teal green with a white topper. It gets a lot of attention.
Plus just today I saw a Daihatsu Rocky with AZ Historical vehicle plates. Looked like new.
I think Chev has done an outstanding interior/exterior styling job on the current Trax, particularly the color
palette. Still worried about the 3cyl turbo though.
I refuse to buy anything with a belt in oil system, 3 cyl. and one time use cam shaft covers. Too big now. Not even in the Tracker size realm. The first gen Trax was. I'll be going backwards if anything happens to my current 05 ION.
I should take a more current pic of our tracker I posted at the beginning of this thread. Its got mud tires, roof rack with lights and a winch bumper for a Wranger on it..
Wish I kept our 03 4cyl 5spd, even the 99-05 ones with the strut front ends were pretty good off road, just from the small footprint and overhangs. And the rear axle still tried its best for some articulation.
If anyone needs parts or repair videos, go to Hwy 83 Suzuki YouTube site. The guys name is Tracker Tony. The guy knows everything and has a bone yard full of these little guys. He kept me going thru the years. Being a Milwaukee guy, he begins most videos with cracking open a can of Miller.
