Transmission needing repairs?

I have a 2019 Fiat 124 Spider manual. I had it since April, and a few weeks after I got it, the transmission started vibrating alot. It's consistent though when the AC is off, then it's a little worse. The shifter vibrates, and sometimes third gear grinds. Other gears feel like they're going to, but don't. A couple times you couldn't put the shifter into first at all. Vibrations spread through the pedals and steering wheel. The whole car when on a cold start. Bad enough that my hands and feet get a little numb. Theres people certain I got something going on, since others who have this car say theirs don't do this. The problem the issues probably internal and I haven't been able to find someone to inspect inside. I'm currently going to auto school so if I can't find anyone, I'll just do it myself, but it'll be a while. I understand that since the trans is like, right under the console, you'll feel a little bit of something, but I really doubt it's supposed to be anything dramatic. You can just watch the shifter shake at idle.

How many miles are on it? Any idea how the previous owner treated it?

If it wasn't abused racing, it seems hard to believe that you'd have catastrophic transmission trouble at only 4 years old.

Can't get it into first sound like a clutch issue, whether it's the clutch itself or the master cylinder. Does it have a short throw shifter and/or replaced shift bushings?

It's about to hit 30,000 mi. Ever since I got it I've always gotten the impression that it was poorly maintained. I took it to the dealer once and they said they replace the transmission mounds, but that didn't change anything. When I brought it back they said it's "supposed to do that". I tried looking up the transmission mounts but they don't seem to exist. Aisin P66M-D is the trans in it I believe. Tried looking at mounts for that, but couldn't find any.

Let's start with the basics.

Manual transmission?
Do you experience the vibration issues while driving or stopped or both?

Both. It gets worse at higher rpm. Forgot to mention that there's some weird clunking you can here indefinitely feel. It'll do it stopped, when you shift from first to second. I don't know if it's really related, but on a warm start, there's some clunk when it starts, and the shifter shakes. I'll try making a video if that'll help y'all.

Not asking for your address, but if you let people know about where your located, they may be able to make recommendations for places they trust for service.

I know who I'd recommend if you were in my area.

I'm Southern USA. I would like someone to take the whole thing apart. inspect the flywheel, clutch plate, linkage, synchronizers bearings and whatnot.

I'm guessing it is. The dealer did replace the engine mounts. I did have engine vibrations too, but those are gone. Maybe they didn't replace the trans mounts, even they said they did.

I'll see what other trans shops are around. There's even some Miata specialist shops near, but I'll only drop it off if they'll take the trans out and look at the plates and what not.

I forgot to add, a month or two ago I changed the transmission fluid, and I noticed that it was lower than normal. It holds about 2.2 qts and maybe about a court and a half to three quarters came out. Another thing, not something I normally do, but I can push it out of gear in the neutral without the clutch usually without any kind of resistance. I'm thinking it may be an internal issue if it's not really the mounts.
