Dexron III ATF in the PS pump for Toyota's unless specified otherwise in the manual. I use plain mineral biased Dexron III ATF. The only ATF that caused pump whine in my Toyota was Castrol Dex/Merc. Do not know why that was, but as soon as I changed it out with plain Mobil Dex/Merc fluid (not Mobil-1)the whine went away immediately.
