2012 Scion xB, 4675 miles with Valvoline Restore and Protect 5w-30. The overall construction appears high-quality and the media pleats are uniform and well-glued. I unpeeled a few pleats and confirmed what I saw with the last filter change, namely that each one had captured a visible quantity of fine particles.

Just like Denso made Mitsubishi filters... Modular with little glue.
Mitsu has blue silicone though

This one appears to be ok/fine. That said, recently some have shown cracking of the clear resin media center ring. In some cases those opened the pleat ends allowing bypass. WCW has flashlight tested some them and they showed light in the bypass piece seal area.
