Toyota "Type T" Question

I have a 1989 Toyota Corolla Alltrac. The manual specifies "Toyota Type T" ATF for the transmission. I'm thinking of using Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF (Multi-Vehicle Formula) which says it is compatible with "Toyota Type T-IV and Type T-V". Will this work for my vehicle, which specifies "Toyota Type T"?

Toyota Type T-IV is backward compatible with Toyota Type T-II and Toyota Type T, therefore Mobil 1 ATF is compatible with Toyota Type T use it without worry.

I was wondering if you can even get Type T anywhere anymore. We have a one gallon tin can of it at work, it has all the Japanese script on it and stuff. I guess we keep it around because it looks cool.
