Please everybody, cut me some slack here. I'm nothing more than a " burnout" High School Graduate from smack in the middle of the GREAT 80's. I had tons of fun, and had to go to summer school in my senior year to get my diploma. Then from there, 6 months later, I was diggin ditches for Con-Ed Utility Company of NY installing gas lines,,,having more tons of fun. I fried my brain !!!! ( no needles..scared me because of the whole AIDS thing " You name it, I did it, and enjoyed it. A LOT of my old friends are dead now because of our " enjoyment". I'm a self taught mechanic. Trial and error. I don't understand 1/10th of the stuff you guys know. So be it. I try to use OEM filters and fluids, when my wallet lets me, because that's what the stupid book in the glove box says. It's that simple. I'm slowly learning all these different terms that are used. I had no idea " PD" means positive displacement when it comes to an oil pump. Now I do.
