Toyota Fuel Pump Settlement Reached in Class Action Lawsuit

A Toyota fuel pump settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit that alleges the DENSO fuel pumps are defective. Toyota says it settled to avoid the expense and burden of fighting the class action and the automaker does not admit any liability or wrongdoing.
