Toyota Care --- NO CLUE!!!!

It is just not worth it, especially at appliance vehicle dealerships. I found that dealerships like BMW ones are far less aggressive in sales tactics, more flexible, etc.
With Toyota and VW, after spending some time in dealerships, I would pay them not to offer me any services. Sequoia has to go for a low-pressure fuel pump recall, and I am mentally preparing myself for an onslaught of offers about XYZ.

It is my understanding that you can request for the upcoming service interval to be performed, but not the prior service interval.

For instance, I took my MIL's RX350h to the dealer at 9 months and 6K but requested for the 1yr/10K LexusCare service to be performed. Service writer and warranty admin had no issues with that.

From a warranty admin standpoint, requesting for a 20K service to be performed at 25K will cause all sorts of red flags.
It's feasible that's what it might come to.

This 100%. The OEM pays for these, albeit at a discounted rate, to the dealership so the dealership is only doing exactly what they are getting reimbursed for. Really, the only benefit is that the OEM pays/requires the specific TGMO listed in the manual; whether getting TGMO is worth it to you for going there and dealing with this is up to you and you alone.

The use of all caps and four exclamation points suggests outrage.

If you wanted to discuss policy rationally and calmly, perhaps you would not have chosen to use all caps or that number of!!!!

The fact is this, Toyota care covers required oil changes for up to two years and 25,000 miles.

Your vehicle owner manual requires two oil changes. 10,000 mile or one year intervals.

If you got those, you’re good.

If you previously declined one of them, then I don’t know that they have to make it up.

You are personally taking it to another level. I am far from outraged. In one hand your being beneficial and in the next hand your a psychiatrist. Relax...

You're outraged. You're calling the manager and saying the staff needs to be retrained to deal with you.

In one hand your being beneficial and in the next hand your a psychiatrist. Relax...

??????

Yes but with ToyotaCare its pre-paid - so you already spent the money.
Don't know if it's still the case, but back in the stone age, when I bought my S-15 Jimmy, the GMC model's base price was $50 more than the mechanically identical S-10 Blazer by Chevy. the sales guy told me that was to cover the first, "free" oil change...

Just got off the phone with the manager. Miscommunication on there part. When would I like to schedule my Toyota Care oil change service before 25K or 8/17/2025. Not to complicated.
