Toyota Anti Freeze

From reading the Pentosin A4 spec sheet I would say that it certainly is the same as Toyota SLLC. It's a 50-50 P-OAT that is silicate, borate, nitrite, and amine free which is exactly what Toyota calls for their vehicles in the owners manual. It's not the same as in made in the same factory sold in a different bottle but chemically it's the same. Also let us not forget it is also dyed the same pink color as Toyota SLLC.

Pentosin seems to source their Japanese pHOAT from Japan, more than likely CCI. It’s not an exact match. The aftermarket substitutes for Toyota pink use benzoate instead of sebacate. It still should result in a 10 year/100K service interval in theory.

Valoline Zerex pink is a P-HOAT formula. Been using it for years in all manner of Toyota vehicles
