Just setting a place holder as I just sent in a sample of Toyota's newest 0W-20 API SP blend. I will post results soon.
It will be interesting to see if there are any differences compared to the 0W-20 API SN+ blend I sent it - those results are in this thread - post #80:

The bottle has plant code: 10220H14A Blend Code: RN6674
Mobil/Exxon Date Code on the bottle = Plant # 102, Year 20 = 2020, Month H = August, Day of the month 14, Production run of the day = A

Here is the lab report on the Toyota 0W-20 SP sample.

Comparing to the SN+ Sample: Moly stayed the same, Zinc is slightly down, Boron is up, Calcium is up, Magnesium is down, Phosphorus is up,
Viscosities are close and the flash point is up by 5 degrees. Biggest surprise is the TBN dropped from 9.6 to 6.8 - that seems like a big drop.

What bbhero says explains the difference in TBN.

PQIA uses D2896 method, which is better for virgin analysis, but gives higher virgin values than D4739 method, which Blackstone uses. D4739 is better for UOA and better for VOA if you will also be doing a UOA of the same sample after use.

Here's some reference:
