thanks, we made it okie to his buddy shop, I dont want talk to him about his truck warranty, cause I know he do not want to tell me history about it, all I know it was a flood damage truck, he bought it for really cheap, he use it for contruction work.
 
I tow a larger travel trailer with a 4 speed 2500 HD. If you read the manual tow haul in my truck is for over 75% of GCWR. I put the truck and drive and go. I have towed that 7500 lbs for 10,000 miles without a glitch. If I am going to be going over the passes or hilly terrain I will use it, helps on the way down too. When I use it, I have not noticed a difference in trans temp, but I have noticed a difference in how firm the shifts are and how long they hold them. Which is what I should notice as that is the point of it.
