Torque specs are all over the place

Thank you! . I noticed this is for the front. Do you think the values are the same for the rear?

Repair was a success. I must have been doing something wrong with the torque wrench... I had it all the way up to 150 for the bottom two nuts and couldn't get it to click. Maybe it was faulty, idk. Or user error. I was basically doing a pull up and couldn't get it any tighter. Anyway, it ain't going anywhere... Thanks for your help. I posted questions about the process in another thread and got a ton of good responses. The shop quoted me $1600... You guys just save me a lot of money. Very thankful for this forum.
