My 2.3L engine has a fairly significant vibration at just over 2000rpm...I am guessing around 2050.
As soon as I rev the engine past 2000, it smooths out, and below 2000 its fine as well. I can only feel the vibration when the car is in neutral

Its 2004 Mazda 3 Automatic

99Km i dnt really know when it started i found out today
other problem is when im down shifting from 4 to 3 and try to accelerate there is rattling noise and delay with delivery of power

Rattle could be detonation/pinging. When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced?

This could be the harmonic balancer.

there is no fuel filter in MZ3 ( there is one for sure but no maintenance i know stupid )

That sounds like a disaster waiting to happen :D

Get an autotech to test drive and look over the engine. Any suggestions is purely speculation like poking in the dark unless seen in person.

My 94 Camry acted odd at around 2000 RPM under load, going up a hill for example. Sometimes a power interruption for like 1/100 of a second, but noticeable. First I thought it was the TC coming out of LOCK. Concluded it was hesitation under load. Replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor and problem gone.

It ran fine when not under load and also fine under load at say 2800 RPM.

My car does the EXACT same thing at exactly 1,850 RPMs. It vibrates kind of harshly and it's perfectly smooth at every other RPM, but mine does it when I'm driving, not just in park/neutral. Hasn't seemed to hurt anything yet with UOA's, so I'm not really too overly concerned about it. I figured it was a motor mount -shrugs-

Harmonics. Lots of engines have a "rough spot" within the RPM range. Stock Harmonic ballancers only work within a narrow RPM range. An aftermarket ballancer like a Fluidampr may cure the vibration as it works through out the RPM range. Otherwise try to stay out of that "vibration" RPM. My Silverado does it at 2600 RPM so I stay above or below that.
