Torque converter drain plug

Hello ,
I have a 2000 E250 with a 4R70W transmission , took the rubber plug off the housing of the converter , been looking for the drain plug , while someone is clicking the ignition... never did see a drain plug , anyone know if their is even one on this transmission ... thanks , Larry B.

Some got it, some don't!

Turn the engine over slowly using a wrench on one of the accessories. Blipping the starter doesn't work.

...There's a good chance that there isn't a drain plug in your converter. My 1970 Classic Ford has one but my daily driver 1998 Toyota truck doesn't. The truck does have a drain plug in the transmission though....I don't know how common that is with other manufacturers. I think the theory nowadays is that with regular fluid changes you will eventually purge the old fluid out of the converter.
