Toro Commercial Recycler 22161 - Oil Filter?

I am unable to find a cross reference for an off the shelf oil filter for my Toro 22161 1998/1999 model, This is a commercial recycler with the GTS-200 engine.
The Toro oil filter part number is: 98-9217

Is there a Fram or other Walmart/Amazon filter that will fit?

I think I have a B&S filter on there now, I need to see if I can read that label.

If you could get the B+S number that would be great, not finding much with the Toro number besides the Toro part.

Looks like 499532, so that B&S part looks up to Fram 4967.
One of the cross reference sites worked with the B&S number.
For a small engine is there a prefered Fram model to use?

Mobil 1 103/103A seems to cross as well.

Fram 4967 or the longer 4386 if you've got space. If you've got heaps of space and a gasket surface that has some more room you could use the larger 3614 or the longer 3600. But the gasket id and od on the 36xx are a tad larger though on some gasket surfaces you have a bit extra surface area. On my briggs john deere it came with the small 4967 but it now has a 3600 cause it's got tons of space unlike my kohler zero turn which has a tiny filter space.
