I remember back about 1982 when I ran a music store in Arlington, Texas and these 2 teenage boys came in to take lessons, one on guitar and one on drums. They were Darrell Abbott (aka Diamond Darrell, aka Dimebag Darrell) and his brother, Vinnie. Later, when they were in Pantera, I had them at another store to do a record signing party. Just remembering.
