I bought that exact one (I still have it and use it) when Honda were still making the 305 superhawk for the engine covers. I dont recall if it had a plastic case or was on a cardboard. How many years ago was that? WOW. Good tool that.

Have one of these. It has proven invaluable a couple of times.
I had a couple of old Kawasakis that were the same way. I replaced those stupid screws with hex bolts.Back when I was a teenager I learned about this awesome tool . It was the only way to get the clutch cover plate off of my Suzuki without buggering up the screws .
Those pliers can be worth their weight in gold especially in an older vehicle.Lisle Electrical Disconnect Pliers 37960

I was able to use a pair of hose pliers for that purpose when doing an O2 sensor on a Grand Cherokee. Don't know how I was going to get that clip otherwise.Lisle Electrical Disconnect Pliers 37960

Yep I normally use my Merry HS175C's but recently on a Ford 5.4 CHT I used my extended "double X" hose pliers for the length. It wasn't textbook but it worked well enoughI was able to use a pair of hose pliers for that purpose when doing an O2 sensor on a Grand Cherokee. Didn't know there was a dedicated tool for it, but makes sense!
