Right, don't worry about losing coolant on a GM V-6 with Dexcool. What could it possibly go wrong??? Don't believe those silly rumors about Dex-Sludge. Just add some more coolant, no problems. GM never had to replace engines with broken camshafts, or millions of IMGs, it's just sour-grapes from disgruntled owners. By all means, take the dealer's word that there is no problems. I'm sure that is exactly what all the other owners did with their GM V-6s with Dexcool too.
Again -- Don't worry -- Dexcool doesn't cause problems, all these other guys think its good.
You do realize this is a series 3 engine not a series 2. The series 3 have a redesigned intake manifold that don't suffer from the problems the series 2 intake did.
So, are you saying that Dexcool didn't cause any HG problems either? Where's the coolant going then? Dexcool users can think of more excuses as to what Dexcool doesn't cause, or what cars or parts aren't affected by Dexcool. When will they just admit that it did and still does cause problems? I have a term for this: cognitive dissonance
