I dropped my wife’s car off this morning at the local regional chain tire store we use to get 4 new tires installed. I had made the appt awhile back so they had time to get tires in. About 30 min later, I get call from them stating that 2 of the tires they got in were labeled wrong and weren’t the Conti Pure Contact I wanted. Anyone ever seen or heard of mislabeled tire before?

I have seen mislabeled tires in ads on places like Offerup from tire shops. I figured it was just some kind of scam or misinformation
Yup, same thing happened to us at a Mavis tire last year. Had to wait another day. They did knock off $75, but still....
