Tire with 90psi blew up this morning

I don't know and I'm not going around the other 11 that are exactly like it to get a close look.
Why not? You could learn something.
For example, your blow-apart tire might be the oldest one of the 12 or 1 of the oldest 4, etc.
The other 11 tires might be younger by a wide margin and your blow-apart special was just a single leftover which was included to save money, etc.

Do you want as many as 11 more surprises?

Plus, since you'll be replacing that tire, don't you think it's smart to assess if you should replace more of them....since you're going to the tire store anyway?
 
When things calm down and cool off, let 5-10 psi out of the others. While you're at it, get the data off a tire and post it please.
