I've got 5200 miles on a run of DELO. I need to pull from the stash and change the oil. What's it going to be guys???

Valvoline Durablend
Havoline DS
Mobil Clean 5000
Motorcraft Blend
Pennzoil YB

ALL IN THE 5w30 FLAVOR.

Havoline DS or Motorcraft Blend.

DS is fantastic from what I hear but very hard to find now a days so you may want to start with that. Can never go wrong with any of them really.

Thats like asking a parent... which child do you love more ?

They are all great oils to choose from.
I love the Mobil 5000 big gulp style bottles.

Good point but there is always is favorite in the family. LOL

Spin the bottle is out of the question?

Do you have time to construct a large price-is-right style wheel?

I'd save the blends for the cold months.

Go with the YB, it's warmer weather now and you can save the MC for the cooler weather when flow is more important

Yeah, the truck runs very smooth on the YB. I have some 5w30 MC and a bunch of 5w20 MC for Winter.

Can you explain this to me a little bit. Am I looking for an SL rated oil?

I think you mean FIFO, First In First Out... That would be the oldest first.

I work in the Food Industry and FIFO is system we use a lot!

I actually just picked up 6 quarts of Formula Shell 5w30 for $1.99 a quart so I poured it in. I use the Motorcraft in my wifes 5.8L Ford Bronco and the Pennzoil in her nieces Corolla. That put a dent in the stash but I was happy to help! :) Once I was done I filled up on Shell 93 octane for the weeks commute.
