TiGeo has a new knee

SIT REP. 4 weeks tomorrow. Coming along. Got just over 100 deg bend last week at PT. Can get around the house no cane. Swelling/bruising continues to decrease. Muscle soreness/pain still an issue in my quad/hips. Sleeping comfortably still an issue but managing reasonable albeit chopped up sleep hours. Signed up for an autocross in early August 🤣

6.5 weeks. 120 deg bend (maybe a touch more)....need more....

Overall getting back to normal. Obviously some soreness/pain/discomfort at times. Knee joint itself is great...no more issues. Just the recovery from the surgery. "75% @ 3 mos" they tell you seems reasonable at the halfway to that point. I recently took a new job with an aggregate mining company and had training the last 2 weeks including site visits and was able to get around the quarries reasonably well...including climbing into this rigid frame haul truck without much fuss! Also road my mountainbike up/down the street this week...some pain at full bend/top-of-pedal stroke but it continue to get better.

I was sort of hoping you would just go away. But since you aren't, best of luck to you and your family .
