I have a honda hrx217hxa. The throttle lever in the fast position will sometimes drop down to slow. It doesn't seem to click in and stay,as well as in low position. There's no chance of low dropping to the off position. I've tried adjustin cable and took it apart to clean out excess lube,but didn't make much difference.
